Teams
Sales
Our Sales team is made up both SMB/mid-market sellers as well as true Enterprise reps. They are fed by a high performing MQL capability within our marketing team. Also, we are active in-market.

Marketing
Our Marketing team is MQL-first, providing 50%+ of business to our Enterprise team and 75%+ to our SMB/Mid-Market team. And they have completed huge initiatives recently, including a rebrand, a new site relaunch, nurture launch and more.

Our CS team has been empowered to completely own their customers. At close, they take ownership, owning the responsibility, and rewards, for retention and upsell. And they’re resourced to visit customers.

We are an in-house engineering team, owning the big data-powered back end, as well as the front end UI. We have departments for engineering, devops and QA.
