Aislelabs Product Update – May 2025

Aislelabs Product Update – May 2025

Exhibition Report API

We’re pleased to share our first product update roundup for 2025. Over the past several months, we’ve released a number of key enhancements across the Aislelabs platform. These updates focused on improving reporting continuity, campaign efficiency, WiFi performance, and deliverability. While many updates have been delivered this year, below we’re highlighting a selection of the most impactful releases to date:

Exhibition Report API Improvement – EBMS Event ID

We’ve enhanced our Exhibitions Report API by adding the EBMS Event ID to allow for seamless linking of historical data. This addition empowers clients to build more robust custom reports for recurring events. As a result, it provides continuity and deeper insights across multiple event cycles.

By connecting past and present data, organizations can now analyze trends across different editions of the same event. They can improve performance benchmarking and surface more actionable insights for long-term planning. This update streamlines integration with third-party event management systems. Additionally, it supports automated reporting workflows.

Email Send Delay

We’ve introduced a new feature for Specific Date Campaigns that allows email campaigns with static user lists to be sent over a period of time. With this setting enabled, emails will be distributed based on the size of the list. The system executes 10,000 emails per hour.

This delay functionality is designed to ensure smoother delivery for large-scale campaigns. It reduces the risk of email bounces and improves overall email deliverability by pacing the send process. This feature is especially impactful when working with high-volume audience segments.

Enhanced Open Transition Mode

We’ve added support for Aruba’s latest Wi-Fi 6E access points with a new feature: Enhanced Open Transition Mode. When enabled, this mode broadcasts a hidden SSID alongside the standard SSID. This enables smoother and more secure transitions for compatible devices connecting to Wi-Fi 6E networks.

Supporting Aruba’s Enhanced Open feature allows for increased encryption for end users connecting to WiFi, improving the security in high-density or mobile environments such as retail locations, airports, and event venues.

Email Revalidation Update

We’ve added a backend feature that validates email addresses prior to sending email campaigns. It targets common domain misspellings and revalidates addresses every 18 months. This aims to improve and enhance overall email deliverability.

By reducing the number of invalid or mistyped addresses, this update helps prevent unnecessary bounces before a campaign is deployed. It protects sender reputation and improves the accuracy of performance metrics. Also, the revalidation cycle ensures that aging lists stay clean over time without manual intervention.

This is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen email deliverability across the platform. The goal is ensuring messages reach the right audience, every time.

More updates are on the way! If you’d like a personalized walk-through of any of these features, reach out to the Aislelabs team. We would love to help!
