  • Use of your existing platform features, including location-triggered email campaigns and captive portal post-login routing
  • Configuration of your platform to send the campaigns are the required frequency, for the required period
  • ROI: Many of our customers using this survey are migrating from previous, traditional market research tactics and received 5-10x the responses at 1/3 the cost.

 

Other Considerations

  • The Customer is responsible for providing the content of the survey
  • If you do not have a Survey capture tool, Aislelabs will provide one for an additional fee
  • Pricing will be based on length of sending window, breadth of features needed configuration, hours of consultative support

Preparation Items for You

  • Prepare your survey ahead of time. Only you can identify survey questions and flow
  • Do you have an online survey tool? That’s great. We can use any
  • You don’t? Then we can provide one, at an additional cost (we’ve done this before)
  • Have a start, end date for the survey phasing, in mind
