Aislelabs vs Cloud4Wi: WiFi Analytics and Marketing

Aislelabs vs Cloud4Wi

Everything their dashboard shows, plus what happened in the space.

Aislelabs tells you how many people visit, how long they stay, who they are and how to bring them back, from the WiFi you already have.

Aislelabs Connect covers the connected guest reporting Cloud4Wi is built around, and Aislelabs Flow then measures the space itself. Cloud4Wi's portfolio also extends to network access control and multi dwelling WiFi, while Aislelabs stays focused on visitor analytics and guest WiFi marketing.

02 The difference that matters

What does Cloud4Wi analytics actually measure?

Cloud4Wi's guest dashboard reports active users, returning users, peak concurrency, traffic volume and connections. Aislelabs Connect reports on the connected guest too, so this is the layer where the two platforms overlap. Where they part company is the space itself: Cloud4Wi groups everything per location, with no zone, dwell or occupancy layer anywhere in the product.

Aislelabs Flow adds Zone AZone BZone CEntrance

Every device detected, with dwell time and journey between zones. Cloud4Wi has no equivalent.

Then the guest WiFi marketing side takes over

Aislelabs Connect reports sign ins, sessions and repeat connections, the same reporting Cloud4Wi is built around, and turns each sign in into a named, consented contact with unlimited capture fields. Aislelabs Marketing then sends visit triggered email and SMS and reports which campaigns brought people back. Because all three products share one visitor identity, you also see what share of your total footfall the portal is converting, which a connection only platform cannot calculate.

04 How the three products fit together

From a visitor walking in to a visitor coming back

Each stage is measured by a different Aislelabs product, and every stage reads from the same visitor identity. This is how Aislelabs works across shopping centres, airports, retail and hospitality.

Only Aislelabs measures here. No sign in required.

Connect and Marketing take over here. This is the layer Cloud4Wi reports on, and Aislelabs reports it too.

05 Frequently asked

Aislelabs vs Cloud4Wi: common questions

Does Cloud4Wi provide zone level analytics or heat maps?

No. Cloud4Wi analytics reports service and connectivity metrics such as active users, returning users, peak concurrency and traffic volume, grouped per location. Aislelabs Flow reports footfall, dwell time by zone and floor, heat maps, journey between zones and live occupancy.

Does Aislelabs report connection based guest WiFi analytics like Cloud4Wi?

Yes. Aislelabs Connect reports sign ins, sessions, repeat connections and portal conversion, which is the same connected guest layer Cloud4Wi is built around. The difference is that Aislelabs Flow then adds footfall, dwell time, zone movement and live occupancy on top, from the same access points.

Does Aislelabs do WiFi marketing as well as WiFi analytics?

Yes. Aislelabs Connect is a branded guest WiFi portal with unlimited capture fields, multi language splash pages and sponsorship placements including video and audio ads. Aislelabs Marketing sends visit triggered email and SMS from that data, with campaign monitoring and reporting attributed to return visits. Cloud4Wi ships triggered email, SMS and push with APIs into CRM and CDP platforms, but frames engagement as the step after network security.

How is Aislelabs priced?

Aislelabs is quote based. Price depends on venue type, access point count, number of locations, the modules required, integrations and support needs. Flow, Connect and Marketing can be bought individually or as the Growth, Insight and Platform Suite bundles. There is no hardware cost, since Flow runs on the access points a venue already owns.
