What qualifies as an MSP or VAR?
+
Don’t worry about definitions. In short, if you have a customer or prospect needing our solutions, we would love to work together.
How do I qualify to be an Aislelabs reseller?
+
Generally, we keep it simple – are you trustworthy and pay your bills? That’s all we’re really looking for. Submit your first project and let’s talk.
How much money can I make?
+
Generally, we encourage you to sell at our list price – else, you might price yourself out of a customer longer term. We offer predictable margin ranges under our price. Think you can sell it for more than list and make more? Convince us – we’re open.
Does Aislelabs assign me a region to sell into?
+
No. Aislelabs does not offer any exclusivity to any partners or resellers to any specific territory. Just sell to anyone you want and call us to deliver a solution.
How does commission pay out work?
+
It’s simple – we aren’t involved in your customer billing at all. There are no commissions to pay out: your margin is the difference between what you bill your customer and what we bill you.
Do my clients pay me, or Aislelabs directly?
+
You are responsible for billing your clients. We will bill you separately based on the terms of your agreement.
Can we white-label your platform?
+
Yes, we do offer white labeling for our telecommunications partners. See that program.
Does Aislelabs provide technical support?
+
The spirit of a reseller agreement is that you own the customer, and that includes technical support — for WiFi access management products that’s your strength, and it’s most of what sells through partnerships like yours. For our WiFi-powered analytics products, we provide direct technical support as part of the agreement.
Does Aislelabs provide training support?
+
Yes, we often include professional services in agreements as a paid service. Just request it.
How does the ordering process work?
+
You issue an order with Aislelabs, then we activate an account in our platform and share credentials for you to give to your customer.
