Aislelabs vs Beonic

Everything Beonic does with WiFi, plus Passpoint roaming and footfall you can ask Claude about.

Aislelabs WiFi analytics measures footfall, dwell time and occupancy from the access points you already own, turns guest WiFi sign ins into contacts you can market to, and runs the campaigns on that data.

Beonic is a broad, capable platform, and on the WiFi side the two overlap closely. Where they part company is the portal itself, what you can ask the data afterwards, and who picks up the phone once it is live.

02 The difference that matters

What can Aislelabs do that Beonic does not publish?

Start from parity, because it is real. Beonic publishes a Captive Portal product, and its privacy policy states that device information is collected even when a visitor does not connect. Aislelabs does both of those too. Two things then separate the platforms, and both are published on our side: Hotspot 2.0 and Passpoint onboarding at the guest WiFi portal, and a remote MCP server that lets an AI assistant query your venue data directly. Beonic publishes neither.

Then the guest WiFi marketing side takes over

Aislelabs Connect is a branded guest WiFi captive portal, and it turns each sign in into a named, consented contact with unlimited capture fields. With Hotspot 2.0 and Passpoint, a guest who signs in once is recognised automatically on the next visit, for up to 365 days, without seeing the portal again. Aislelabs Marketing then runs the campaigns on that data: first visit welcome and loyalty enrolment sequences, lapsed guest win back campaigns with thresholds you set, and email and SMS triggered by an actual visit, with campaign reporting attributed to a return visit rather than an open rate.

05 Frequently asked

Aislelabs vs Beonic: common questions

Is Aislelabs a good Beonic alternative?

Yes. On WiFi analytics and guest WiFi the two platforms cover much the same ground: both run a guest WiFi captive portal, both detect visitors who never connect, and both report footfall, dwell time and heat mapping at venue level. Aislelabs then adds two capabilities Beonic does not publish. The first is Hotspot 2.0 and Passpoint, which onboards a guest with a certificate so they are recognised automatically on return for up to 365 days instead of signing in again. The second is a remote MCP server, which lets Claude or Cursor query your footfall, dwell time and zone activity directly. There is also a difference in how occupancy is produced. Aislelabs reports occupancy and capacity from the access points already in the building, while Beonic files occupancy under people counting and powers it with stereoscopic, time of flight and thermal sensors. The four analytics Beonic attributes to the WiFi itself are foot traffic, visitor flow, dwell time and heat mapping, and each is described across the venue as a whole. Aislelabs reports at zone and area level, so you can define a food court, a concourse or a single floor and compare footfall and dwell time between them. Aislelabs Marketing runs the WiFi marketing on the guests Connect captures. Support for the analytics products also comes from Aislelabs itself, whether you buy direct or through a partner.

Does Beonic support Hotspot 2.0 and Passpoint?

Beonic does not publish Hotspot 2.0 or Passpoint support anywhere on its site. Aislelabs Connect includes it: certificate based onboarding over WPA2-Enterprise, with access windows you set from 14 to 365 days. The practical difference is repeat visits. Without Passpoint, a returning guest meets the captive portal again and has to sign in again, which is friction for them and a duplicate record for you. With it, the device joins the network on its own and the visit is attributed to the profile already captured.

Can I ask Claude about my venue footfall?

With Aislelabs, yes. Aislelabs publishes a live remote MCP server, so Claude and Cursor can query footfall, dwell time and zone activity directly, with permission based access controlling what each assistant can see. You can ask which zone lost traffic last month in plain English rather than building the report yourself. Beonic markets itself as an AI platform, and publishes AI driven analytics and audience segmentation inside its own product, but does not publish an MCP server or any assistant access to the underlying data.

How is Aislelabs priced?

Aislelabs is quote based. Price depends on venue type, access point count, number of locations, the modules required, integrations and support needs. Flow, Connect and Marketing can be bought individually or as the Growth, Insight and Platform Suite bundles. There is no hardware cost, since Flow runs on the access points a venue already owns.
