We’re excited to introduce Flow AI, the latest evolution of the Aislelabs platform. Learn More

We’re rolling out new features today, Oct 9, 12:30-3:30 PM EST. Access may be briefly impacted for some users.  Check platform status.

Guest WiFi and captive portal

You are already paying for the WiFi. Start getting something back.

Every guest login is a real person walking through your space. Aislelabs turns your captive portal into verified emails, visit-triggered campaigns and dwell-time data, running on the WiFi hardware you already have.

A 20 minute call with someone who knows the technology. No obligation, no sales sequence.

In short

Guest WiFi pays for itself when the login is treated as a marketing event. Aislelabs Connect turns each captive portal sign-in into a consented, verified contact; Aislelabs Marketing sends visit-triggered email and SMS; Aislelabs Flow measures footfall, dwell and zones for everyone who walks in, signed in or not. It runs on your existing access points, so there is no new hardware.

Key facts

  • Three products, one visitor identity: Flow (analytics), Connect (captive portal), Marketing (campaigns).
  • No new hardware. Works with Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Ubiquiti UniFi, Juniper Mist and Cambium.
  • Sign-in by email, SMS, WhatsApp, social, loyalty ID or room number, with unlimited capture fields and Hotspot 2.0 reconnects.
  • ISO 27001:2022 certified, with GDPR, CASL and CCPA coverage.
  • Deployed in 20+ countries across shopping centres, airports, hotels, food halls, campuses, cafes and multi-site retail.
  • Quote-based pricing by venue type, access point count and modules.

What is your guest WiFi actually worth?

Move the sliders to match your venue. It is the same arithmetic our team walks through on the demo call, just with your real numbers instead of these.

An illustration, not a promise. Your hardware, footfall and opt-in flow all move it, so we model it properly on the call.

Four things your WiFi should be doing already

01

A portal people finish

Branded, multi-language, social or SMS login, and Hotspot 2.0 for silent reconnects. Built for marketers, not a network config screen.

02

A list that is actually real

Email and phone capture with verification at the door, syncing into the CRM and loyalty tools you already run.

03

Campaigns that fire on a visit

Reach the three personas that matter, first-timers, frequent returners and long-absence guests, triggered by the visit itself.

04

Dwell and zone numbers that settle arguments

Visit counts, dwell time and zone-level movement per space, whether that space is a storefront, a gate, a lobby or a food hall.

IT

Nothing new to rack

One of the broadest integration lists in the category, so most controllers and people counters are already supported, including Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, Ruckus and Fortinet.

How a login becomes a return visit

  1. A guest joins the WiFi. Your branded portal opens, in their language, with the offer you set.
  2. They give a verified contact. Email, mobile or a loyalty ID, with consent recorded at the point of capture.
  3. The visit is measured. Sign-ins, sessions and repeat connections in Connect; footfall, dwell and zone movement in Flow, including people who never signed in.
  4. A campaign fires on behaviour. Welcome, reward and win-back messages triggered by an actual visit, not a calendar date.
  5. The return visit is attributed. When they come back they are detected again, so the campaign is credited to a visit rather than an email open.

“Aislelabs seamlessly supports our team's e-mail marketing strategy. We are able to capture guest data more efficiently, grow our customer database and target audiences with high-performing campaigns that drive engagement, sales and revenue.”

The questions IT and marketing both ask

Anything else, ask on the call. We answer it straight, including when we are not the right fit.

Do we need to replace our WiFi to use Aislelabs?

−

No. Aislelabs sits on top of your existing controllers and access points, and integrates with people counters where you have them. See the hardware integration list.

How much work is a guest WiFi rollout for IT?

+

A configuration change on the controller and a walkthrough with our team. Marketing owns the captive portal and campaigns afterwards, so there is no ticket for every banner swap.

How is guest privacy and consent handled?

+

Consent is captured at the portal and data is handled under documented policies. The platform is ISO 27001:2022 certified with GDPR, CASL and CCPA coverage, so your legal team can review it up front. Details on our security and certifications page.

Can we keep our existing CRM and loyalty stack?

+

Yes. Verified contacts and visit events flow out through our software integrations and API into the tools you already report from.

Which venues does guest WiFi marketing work for?

+

Any venue where people spend time and connect to WiFi. Shopping centres, airports, hotels, food halls, universities, coffee shops, stadiums and multi-location retail all run on the same platform with industry-specific reporting. See all industries.

How much does Aislelabs cost?

+

Pricing is quote based, set by venue type, footprint, access point count and the modules you need. We give you a number on the first call. Bundle detail is on the pricing page.

What is a guest WiFi ROI calculator?

+

It estimates the revenue a venue can recover from its guest WiFi by combining monthly visitors, the share who connect, the share who leave a verified email, average spend per visit and the extra visits driven by triggered campaigns. The calculator above does exactly that.

Bring your numbers. We will show you the gap.

Twenty minutes, your venue's data, and an honest answer about whether guest WiFi can pay for itself here.
