We’re excited to introduce Flow AI, the latest evolution of the Aislelabs platform. Learn More
We’re rolling out new features today, Oct 9, 12:30-3:30 PM EST. Access may be briefly impacted for some users. Check platform status.
Measure footfall, dwell time, occupancy and zone performance across every site you run, from the WiFi network already in place.
Passive measurement, no sign-in needed. For single venues and global portfolios.
Trusted by venues around the world
Aislelabs Flow AI is WiFi and location analytics software for physical venues. It measures how many people visit, how long they stay and which zones they use, from the WiFi access points you already run.
Shopping centres, airports, stadiums, campuses and multi-site portfolios use Flow AI to plan staffing, support leasing and prove the impact of events.
Every metric a venue team needs to understand how its space is used.
Visits by hour, day and season, calibrated from detected devices to estimated footfall.
The full spread of dwell, so brief passers-by are never mistaken for real visits.
Measure entrances, concourses, food courts, gates and units, then compare them.
See where visitors concentrate and which areas they never reach.
Occupancy by zone and hour, so you can plan for peaks before they happen.
Compare any combination of sites side by side in one view.
Aislelabs links to the access points you already run. No new sensors or cameras.
Define zones, floors and sites to match how your venue is actually used.
Use dashboards, reports, API or MCP to plan staffing, leasing and events.
Give leasing teams zone-level footfall and dwell data that holds up in a tenant conversation.
Retail leasing metrics →Airports and stadiumsUse occupancy by zone and hour to plan staffing, cleaning and security around real demand.
Airports →Events and promotionsCompare footfall and dwell during an event or promotion with a normal-day baseline.
Shopping centres →Campuses and portfoliosSee which spaces are used and when, to guide space planning and HVAC scheduling.
Space optimisation →OAK“Aislelabs gave OAK an entirely new level of data on how our Oklahoma City Thunder Watch Parties drove measurable increases in sales and traffic across the project.”
Promenade Mall“Aislelabs Flow gives us valuable insights into shopper traffic patterns and zone‑level movement across the centre.”
Marassi-Galleria“Their platform gives us valuable visitor analytics, heat maps, and insights that support smarter leasing and marketing decisions.”
Three separate products. Deploy one, or all three.
Aislelabs Flow AI works with the WiFi you already run and meets the standards your IT and legal teams expect.
Aislelabs Flow AI is WiFi and location analytics software for physical venues. It measures foot traffic, dwell time, occupancy and zone performance from the WiFi access points a venue already runs, with no new hardware and no visitor sign-in.
Aislelabs Flow AI reads anonymous signals from WiFi-enabled devices detected by your existing access points, and works with multiple WiFi hardware vendors. It measures detectable devices rather than every person, and visit scaling calibrates those detections up to estimated total footfall. See hardware integrations.
Aislelabs Flow AI is built for venues with distinct zones or several locations: shopping centres, mixed-use districts, airports, stadiums, hotels and resorts, campuses, museums, food halls and multi-site portfolios. For a single-room venue, zone analytics and heatmaps don't apply, and Aislelabs Connect is usually the better fit.
Yes. Aislelabs Flow AI data is available by export, by API for BI tools and data warehouses, and through a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint so AI assistants can answer questions about your venue in plain language. Read more about MCP.
No. Aislelabs Flow AI measures passively, so visitors don't need to sign in. Guest WiFi login, data capture and marketing are handled by Aislelabs Connect and Aislelabs Marketing, which are separate products.
Yes. Aislelabs is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and aligned with CCPA, PIPEDA and GDPR, and Flow AI includes retention, access and privacy controls for regulated environments. See security and compliance.
We'll walk your team through Flow AI using your sites and your questions.
